30. Service of notice
(1) Every notice shall be served by an officer of the Ministry by delivering
it or a true copy at the residence of the person to whom it is addressed.
(2) Where the notice is addressed to the owner of premises, it shall also,
if the owner cannot be found, be served by delivering it or a true copy of it
to some person upon the premises, or by affixing it to some conspicuous
part of the premises.
