Section 37: Appeal against closing order

37. Appeal against closing order (1) Any party aggrieved by or dissatisfied with any closing order of the Sanitary Authority may, within 8 days from the date of service of the order, cause a summons to be served upon the Sanitary Authority, calling upon him to show cause before the Magistrate of the district in which the dwelling house is situate, why the order should not be discharged, modified or suspended, as the case may be. (2) The decision of the Magistrate shall be final.
