39. Appeal from order of Magistrate
Any party aggrieved by or dissatisfied with an order of the Magistrate,
may appeal to the Supreme Court and the appeal shall be proceeded with in
the form and manner provided by the District and Intermediate Courts (Civil
Jurisdiction) Act.
