45. Duties and powers of Sanitary Authority
On receipt of a notice, certificate or report referred to in sections 41, 42
and 44, or on becoming aware of the existence of an infectious or communicable disease on premises, the Sanitary Authority, with such assistants as
may be necessary, may enter the premises between sunrise and sunset and
take such remedial steps as may be prescribed.
