50. Disinfection of dwelling
(1) No person shall cease to occupy or let a dwelling or premises in
which to his knowledge there is or has recently been a patient without having the dwelling or premises and all articles therein which are likely to retain
infection, efficiently disinfected to the satisfaction of the Sanitary Authority
and as may be prescribed.
