53. Compensation
The owner of, or person entitled to, any property in a house, hut, building
or premises—
(a) destroyed;
(b) burnt in whole or in part; or
(c) damaged through disinfection in virtue of an order made under
this Act,
shall be entitled to compensation assessed in the manner provided under section 64.
