56. Objection to assessment Within 10 days of the publication of the notice, any person who has made a declaration as nearly as may be in the form set out in the Fifth Schedule, duly authenticated before a Magistrate or the Master, that he or P49 – 23 [Issue 1] Public Health Act his representative is the owner or part owner of the house, building, premises or hut, or has any beneficial interest in it, or mortgage or other charge upon, or right to or over it, may by notice in writing to the Permanent Secretary object to the assessment.
