9. Approval of common lodging house
(1) No person shall keep a common lodging house or receive lodgers in it
until the premises have been inspected and approved by the Sanitary Authority which shall report the number of persons which the premises can
accommodate.
(2) Any person applying for the registration of a lodging house shall pay
for the inspection and report of the Sanitary Authority the fee prescribed in
the First Schedule.
