11. Disposal of opposition
(1) An application for the removal of an opposition or for the maintenance of its validity shall be determined by the Supreme Court.
(2) Notwithstanding the provisions of the Code de Procédure Civile relating to saisies-arrêts, in making an opposition, it shall be sufficient to comply
with section 9 in order to preserve the rights of the opposing party.
