8. Commissioners amenable to prosecution
(1) Subject to subsection (2), any enactment relating to the disciplinary
control of public officers shall not apply to the Chairperson and the
Commissioners.
(2) Notwithstanding this Act, the Prevention of Corruption Act shall apply to the Chairperson and the Commissioners.
