6. Amendment of Schedule
The Minister may, by regulations, amend the Schedule.
SCHEDULE
[Section 3 (1)]
The footbridge shall be—
(a) at a distance of 53 feet or 16.15 metres from the junction of Queen
Street with Sir William Newton Street;
(b) at a height of 17 feet or 5.18 metres above Queen Street;
(c) of a length of 46 feet and one inch or 14.05 metres and a width of
15 feet or 4.57 metres;
(d) of such construction and design as the Minister may approve.
