11. Dissolution
(1) The Rabita may, on the unanimous decision of the Board, be dissolved in such manner as may be prescribed.
(2) Where the Rabita is dissolved, all assets remaining after the windingup shall be transferred to or used for a charitable or religious Islamic institution in Mauritius designated by the Rabita-al-Alam-al-Islami of Mecca.
