7. Seal of Mission
The seal of the Mission shall not be affixed to any instrument except in
the presence of 3 members of the Board of whom one shall be the President
of the Board or the Vice-President of the Board, who shall sign their names
to the instrument in token of their presence and such signatures shall be
independent of the signing of any person as a witness.
