3. Establishment of Centre
(1) There is established for the purposes of this Act the Ramayana Centre.
(2) The Centre shall be a body corporate.
(3) The Centre may be affiliated to an organisation in another country
whose objectives are similar to those of the Centre.
(4) Membership of the Centre shall be open to all persons having an interest in the Ramayana.
