5. Management of Centre
(1) The management of the Centre and the exercise of any of its powers
shall vest in a Committee of Management composed of not less than 7 nor
more than 11 members.
(2) Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (1), the members of the
Committee of Management shall in the first instance be composed of the
persons specified in the Schedule.
(3) The registered office of the Centre shall be at such place as the
Committee of Management may decide.
