43. Register of punishment
(1) Every officer in charge shall keep a register in which he shall enter a
record of every punishment imposed on a detainee, showing in respect of
each detainee punished—
(a) his name;
(b) the nature of his default; and
(c) the extent of the punishment.
(2) The register shall—
(a) be in such form as may be prescribed; and
(b) be open for inspection by the members of the Board.
