48. Revocation of aftercare order
An aftercare order granted under section 47 may be revoked by the
Commissioner—
(a) where the person to whom it was granted has not complied with
a condition of the aftercare order or any instruction given by a
Probation Officer; or
(b) where revocation of the aftercare order appears to be in the best
interest of the person to whom it was granted.
