58. Appointment of Board or Committee (1) The Minister shall appoint a Chairperson for each Board or Committee. (2) Four members of a Board or Committee shall constitute a quorum. (3) The Commissioner may designate such officer as may be necessary to assist a Board or Committee in the performance of its functions.
