64. Savings
(1) No detainee punished under section 37, 38, 39 or 41 may plead or set
up punishment or segregation as a defence or bar to any criminal prosecution.
(2) Nothing in this Act shall affect the custody, discipline or employment
of persons imprisoned by order of a Court martial or any military or naval
authority.
