39. Documents witnessing the transfer
of property where the Minister has deemed such
a transfer to be in the public interest.
(ii) in Part VII, in item (cb), by deleting the words
“containing creation of ” and replacing them by the
words “witnessing a mortgage, privilege or instrument
creating a”.
