13. Amendment of rules
(1) Subject to subsections (2) and (3), a registered association may by
special resolution amend its rules.
(2) An amendment of the rules of an association shall not have effect until it is registered.
(3) An application for the registration of an amendment of the rules of a
registered association shall be signed by the secretary and shall be accompanied by—
(a) 2 copies of the proposed amendment of the rules;
(b) a certified copy of the minutes of proceedings of the general
meeting at which the special resolution to amend the rules was
approved; and
(c) a declaration signed by him that section 30 has been complied
with.
