4. Sand quarries and landing places
(1) The Minister may, by notice published in the Gazette and in 2 daily
newspapers, designate sand quarries and sand landing places.
(2) The limits of every sand quarry shall be clearly indicated by posts
placed by the authorised officer.
(3) No sand removed from the sea or from a river shall be landed except
at a sand landing place.
