21. Objections to corrections
Where the registration officer makes a correction in the electors’ list or in
the list of claimants, otherwise than in pursuance of a claim or objection, or
for the purpose of correcting a clerical error, he shall give notice to the person affected by the correction, and give that person an opportunity of objecting to the correction, and, if necessary, of being heard with respect to
the correction.
