39K. Publication of supplementary registers
(1) The Electoral Commissioner or the registration officer, as the case
may be, shall, as soon as practicable but at least one day prior to the day of an election,
publish the supplementary registers by making a copy of them available for inspection
by the public at his office and causing a notice to be affixed outside his office informing
the public that it is so available.
(2) The Electoral Commissioner or the registration officer, as the case
may be, shall, on the application of any person during business hours and on
payment of the prescribed fee, furnish copies of the supplementary register to the
applicant.
