48. Non-compliance with Act
Subject to provisions in respect of Assembly elections, no election shall
be invalid by reason of non-compliance with this Act or any other enactment,
where it appears that the election was conducted in accordance with the
principles laid down in any other enactment and that such non-compliance
did not affect the result of the election.
