75. Conclusiveness of register of electors (1) No person shall be entitled to vote at an election held for an electoral area unless his name is on the register of electors in force for that electoral area. (2) A person whose name is on the register shall be entitled to demand and receive a ballot paper and to vote at any such election. (3) Nothing in this section shall entitle a person to vote who is prohibited from voting by an enactment, or relieve such person from any penalty to which he may be liable for voting.
