84. Removal of difficulties
Where a difficulty arises in bringing this Act into operation or in giving
effect to the purposes of this Act, the President, acting on the advice of the
Prime Minister and after consultation with the Leader of the Opposition, may
by regulations make such provision as seems to him necessary or expedient
for the purpose of removing the difficulty and may by such regulations
amend this Act.
