14. Display of licence
(1) A licensee shall display in a conspicuous place—
(a) at his business premises a copy of the licence which relates to
those premises;
(b) at the entrance to his business premises, a sign of the prescribed
size and style on which shall be written the words “Licensed
Residential Care Home”.
(2) Any correspondence or document emanating from a licensee shall
state the fact that the licence was issued by the Board and the date and
number of the licence at the top left hand corner.
