15. Supply may be made to increase or diminish
(1) A riverain may require that the pipe or other means by which any
superior riverain in the same river or stream takes his portion of water, is
arranged so that the quantity of water to be taken, increases or diminishes in
accordance with any greater or lesser volume of water in the river or stream.
(2) Arrangements under subsection (1) shall be made to the satisfaction
of the Supreme Court.
