35. Prise d’eau
(1) Any person may have right to a portion of water from any canal with
the written consent of all the persons who have portions of the water of the
canal.
(2) The water apportioned from any canal to any individual, shall, unless
otherwise provided by written title, be his absolute property, and shall be
held to be of one or more shares, each equivalent to a circle of 15 lines
(French measure) in diameter.
