86. Savings
(1) Subject to subsection (2), nothing in this Act shall affect the provisions of the Criminal Code Act relating to rivers, streams or canals.
(2) Section 378 (o) of the Criminal Code Act shall not apply to any person who washes or bathes in a river, where that person is not within the
provisions of section 68.
