16. Establishment of General Fund
(1) The Authority shall establish a General Fund into which all monies received by it shall be paid and out of which all payments required to be made
by it shall be effected.
(2) The Authority may, with the approval of the Minister, establish such
other special fund as it thinks fit for the furtherance of its objects.
