3. Establishment of Authority
(1) There is established for the purposes of this Act a Road Development
Authority.
(2) The Authority shall be a body corporate.
(3) The Authority shall—
(a) have the powers conferred; and
(b) carry out the duties imposed,
upon it by the Roads Act and this Act.
