104. Protection of public interest
(1) Nothing in this Part shall be deemed to confer on the holder of a licence granted under this Part, a right to the continuance of any benefits arising from this Part or from any licence granted under this Part or from any
conditions attached to the licence.
(2) The Authority may call in a licence of any category issued under this
Act and vary its conditions.
