108. Conductor’s licence
(1) (a) No person shall act as conductor of a public service vehicle on a
road unless he has, on payment of the prescribed fee, obtained a licence under this Part from the Authority.
(b) No person shall employ, cause or permit any other person, who
is not licensed under paragraph (a), to act as a conductor of a public service
vehicle on a road.
(2) A person shall be disqualified from obtaining a licence to act as a conductor of a public service vehicle unless he satisfies the Authority that he—
(a) is over the age of 18; and
(b) fulfils such other conditions as the Authority may specify.

(3) A licence to act as a conductor of a public service vehicle may be
suspended or revoked by the Authority on the ground that by reason of—
(a) his conduct;
(b) physical disability; or
(c) record of convictions,
the holder is not a fit person to hold the licence.
(4) Any person who contravenes subsection (1) shall commit an offence.
