112. Application of this Part
(1) This Part shall apply to every motor vehicle and trailer.
(2) For the issue of a certificate of fitness in respect of a motor vehicle or
trailer under this Part, that motor vehicle or trailer shall—
(a) for the Island of Mauritius, be examined by an authorised
examiner; and
(b) for Rodrigues and Agaléga, be examined by a vehicle examiner.
