123AF. Directions to pedestrians
(1) Where a police officer in uniform is for the time being engaged in the
regulation of vehicular traffic on a road, a pedestrian who proceeds across,
or along, the road in contravention of a direction to stop given by the police
officer, in the execution of his duty, shall commit an offence.
(2) (a) A police officer may require a pedestrian committing an offence
under subsection (1) to give his name and address.
(b) A pedestrian who fails to comply with paragraph (a) shall commit
an offence and may be arrested without warrant.
