123W. Tampering with motor vehicles
Any person who—
(a) gets on to a motor vehicle;
(b) tampers with any part of the mechanism of a motor vehicle; or
(c) interferes with or damages a motor vehicle,
without lawful authority or reasonable cause, shall commit an offence and
shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding 5,000 rupees and to
imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months.
