167. Instructor’s and driving school licences
(1) No person shall—
(a) teach; or
(b) cause to be taught,
for gain, the driving of motor vehicles, except under the authority of an instructor’s licence issued by the Commissioner of Police.
(2) No person shall—
(a) set up; or
(b) maintain,
an establishment for teaching, for gain, the driving of motor vehicles, except
under the authority of a driving school licence issued by the Commissioner of
Police.
