197. Giving false or misleading information
Where a person knowingly gives false or misleading
information in filling Part B of a PEDN, he shall commit an offence
Acts 2012 329
and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding 10,000
rupees and to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months.
