49. Driving test fees
(1) (a) Every person applying to undergo a driving test shall pay the prescribed fee.
(b) Where a person fails to present himself for the test for which
he has applied, the fee paid shall be forfeited unless he gives 48 hours’
notice of his inability to attend the test, in which case the fee paid shall be
refunded to him.
(2) No fee shall be payable in respect of a test carried out as a result of
an order given under section 50 (1) (c).
