51A. Credit for disqualification
A Court before which a person is convicted of an offence
under this Act shall –
(a) in determining the period for which the person is to
be disqualified from driving a motor vehicle, give
credit to the person for the period during which he was
disqualified from driving a motor vehicle pursuant to
section 123LA(4)(a); and
(b) indicate in its judgment that such credit has been given
to the person.
