77A. NTC licences
(1) Where the Minister is satisfied that it is in the public interest to do so,
he may direct the Authority to issue to the NTC such licences as the Corporation may require to operate buses on such route or in such area as the Minister may designate.
(2) Where the Minister makes a direction under subsection (1), section 77 shall not apply and the Authority shall, on application made to that
effect, issue to the NTC such licences as it may require to operate buses on
any route or in any area designated by the Minister.
