77C. Variation of licence on Minister’s direction
(1) Where the Minister is satisfied that it is in the public interest to do so,
he may direct the Authority to vary an existing licence so as to allow the holder
to operate his bus on any route or in any area designated by the Minister.
(2) Where the Minister makes a direction under subsection (1), section 77 shall not apply and, on application made by the holder of the licence,
the Authority shall vary the licence accordingly.
