92. Licence fee The prescribed fee shall be paid for— (a) the issue of every public service vehicle licence, road service licence, carrier’s licence or its duplicate; (b) every variation of a licence under paragraph (a); and (c) every authorised vehicle specified in the licence under paragraph (a).
