3. Section 2 of principal Act amended
Section 2 of the principal Act is amended—
(a) by deleting the definition of “contract bus”;
(b) by deleting the definitions of “bus”, “Minister” and “motor-car”
and replacing them by the following new definitions—
“bus” has the meaning assigned to it by section 4;

“Minister” means the Minister to whom responsibility for
land transport and road traffic is assigned;
“motor car” has the meaning assigned to it by section 4.
