76D. Variation of licences
The Authority may—
(a) vary a public service vehicle licence on the application
of its holder or of any person of a class of objector or
on its own motion;
(b) on its own motion, or otherwise at any time cancel a
public service vehicle licence where it is satisfied that
its holder is not providing an adequate or satisfactory
service;
(c) cancel or vary any of the conditions attached to a public service vehicle licence.
