76J. Duty to return licence
(1) Where a licence in respect of a public service vehicle, is
suspended or revoked, the holder of the licence shall, within 5
days of the date of the communication of the notice of the suspension or the revocation, return the licence to the Authority for

retention or cancellation as the case may be, unless the holder
has appealed to the Minister against its suspension or revocation.
(2) A notice under subsection (1) shall be delivered to the
holder personally or addressed to him by registered post at his
last or usual place of abode.
(3) The Authority shall, at the end of the period of suspension, return the licence to the holder unless the licence has expired.
