9. Section 95 of principal Act amended
Section 95 of the principal Act is amended in—
(a) paragraph (a), by deleting the words “road service licences, taxi
licences, contract car licences and public carrier's licences” and
replacing them by the words “stage bus licences and taxi licences”;
(b) paragraph (b), by deleting the words “road service licences, taxi
licences, contract car licences” and replacing them by the words
“public service vehicle licences”.
