77D. Licensing of school services
Where an application is received from a holder of a road
service licence to provide a school service on any route or in
any area, and the Authority is satisfied that it is in the public
interest to do so, the Authority may, notwithstanding any other
provision of this Act, grant the application, subject to such conditions as the Authority may impose.
